What you’re signing up for

Mnemis lets you build a private knowledge graph about yourself and publish a public AI twin that answers questions in your voice from entities you explicitly mark public. Mnemis is free while in beta. When paid plans start, we’ll tell you at least 30 days in advance, and nothing will be charged without your explicit sign-up. You can stop using Mnemis and delete your account at any time.

Your content, your control

You own everything you put in. We hold a limited license to store, encrypt, index, and display your content so the service actually works — for example, sending your public entities to the twin model so it can answer from them. We do not train any model on your content.

You can export everything as JSON from Settings, and you can hard-delete your account from the Danger zone. Deletion is immediate; your username stays reserved so nobody else can impersonate you.

Your twin speaks for itself — not for the model, and not for you

Every twin page has a prominent “AI representation of [Name]” disclosure. The twin is a best-effort reconstruction of your voice from the knowledge you provided; it is not your legal representative, employer, or agent. If a visitor relies on something the twin said, that’s on them.

You are responsible for the content you mark public. Don’t publish other people’s private information, anything defamatory, illegal, or targeted at harassment.

Things you can’t do

• Impersonate someone else on your twin page or in your profile.
• Use Mnemis to scrape, spam, or attack other sites or twins.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the service without a written agreement.
• Deliberately bypass the rate limits, the public/private visibility boundary, or the disclosure requirement.

We may suspend accounts that do any of the above.

Availability

We aim for reliability but this is a prototype service. Things may break. If we mess up badly or have extended downtime, tell us and we’ll work it out — usually with a credit.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we’ll email you before the change takes effect. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the new version.
